Barista

Job description:

We are seeking two energetic and customer-focused baristas to join our opening team. Prior specialty coffee experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates who demonstrate strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso-based beverages

• Brew drip coffee and other café beverages

• Operate POS and process transactions

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace

• Restock inventory throughout shifts

• Provide friendly and efficient customer service

• Follow beverage recipes and quality standards

• Assist with opening and closing procedures

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred

• Specialty coffee experience is a plus

• Ability to multitask during busy periods

• Strong work ethic and reliability

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

• Weekend availability

• Full-time, in person
